Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placement. Please contact our support team immediately to request changes before your order is processed.

How long does shipping take?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused and uninstalled items in original packaging. Simply contact our team to initiate the return process.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes, electrical parts, special-order items, and products marked “non-returnable” on the product page are not eligible for return due to industry safety regulations.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
