Refund & Return Policy – AutoFi Parts
At AutoFi Parts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this Refund & Return Policy carefully to understand how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled.
1. Return & Refund Eligibility
You may request a return or refund within 30 calendar days from the date the item was delivered, provided that:
- The product is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.
- The product is returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and labels.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is provided.
Returns are not accepted for:
- Products that show signs of use, installation, or damage caused after delivery.
- Electrical or electronic parts once installed or connected.
- Items marked as Final Sale or Non‑Returnable.
- Items returned without prior authorization.
2. Return Authorization (RMA) Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at sales@automarsp.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product (if damaged, defective, or incorrect)
Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions.
Returns sent without an RMA number may be rejected.
3. Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or item damaged in transit), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. AutoFi Parts is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
4. Restocking Fees
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, depending on the product type and condition upon inspection.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
After review, we may offer:
- A replacement,
- An exchange, or
- A full refund, including applicable shipping costs, where appropriate.
6. Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges and return shipping fees are non‑refundable, except in cases of our error.
7. Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong part, you may return the eligible item and place a new order for the correct part.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before shipment.
If the order has already shipped, the standard return process will apply.
9. Warranty Information
Some products may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims must follow the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
