Autofi Return & Refund Policy

At Autofi, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Please review the terms of our Return & Refund Policy below before initiating a return.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all labels, accessories, and manuals included
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) must be provided

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products that show signs of installation or use

  • Electrical components or custom-ordered parts

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable

  • Items returned without prior authorization

2. Return Authorization Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service at sales@automarsp.com with the following:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos (if damaged or incorrect item received)

  2. Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

  3. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged in transit).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of return.

  • Autofi is not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit.

4. Restocking Fees

  • A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply for certain items, particularly if they require inspection, repackaging, or special handling.

  • The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We will offer one of the following resolutions based on availability and your preference:

  • Replacement of the item
  • Exchange for a different item
  • Full refund, including original and return shipping charges

Failure to report the issue within 7 days may result in a denial of the claim.

6. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges (original and return) are non-refundable, except in cases of error on our part.

7. Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong part and wish to exchange it:

  • You may return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
  • Exchanges are processed as separate transactions.

8. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled at no charge before they are shipped.
  • Once shipped, the order must follow the standard return process.
