Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). However, delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, supplier stock, and order verification.
Some automotive parts may require additional handling time due to:
- Limited or backordered inventory
- Supplier fulfillment timelines
- Product-specific sourcing requirements
In such cases, customers may experience extended processing times. If there is a significant delay, our team will contact you using the email or phone number provided at checkout.

Because automotive parts availability can vary, we are unable to guarantee exact delivery dates.
Estimated delivery time generally includes:

- Transit time provided by the shipping carrier
Carrier delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.
4. Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or U.S. territories unless otherwise specified on the product page.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, product weight, dimensions, and selected shipping method. All applicable shipping charges are displayed before payment is completed.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us within 7 days of the delivery date.
For damaged items, please provide clear photos of the product and packaging. We will assist with carrier claims and work toward a suitable resolution in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. AutoFi Parts is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
