Autofi Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Autofi. This Shipping Policy governs the shipment of products purchased through our website and forms part of the Terms and Conditions between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and Autofi ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Orders received after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
- During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in case of delays.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We offer the following domestic shipping options:

*Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.
- International shipping is not available unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery address, package dimensions, weight, and selected shipping method.
- Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
- Free standard shipping is available for domestic orders over $99 USD (before tax and after discounts, if applicable).
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
- You may use this number to track your order directly through the carrier’s website.
- Autofi is not responsible for delays caused by carrier misrouting or operational disruptions.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged:
- You must notify us within 7 calendar days of the recorded delivery date.
- In the case of damage, photographic evidence of the packaging and damaged item is required.
- We may initiate a claim with the carrier and, at our sole discretion, issue a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
- We do not guarantee compensation for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase.
- If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
- Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
- Autofi is not liable for any delivery delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
8. Risk of Loss
All products purchased from Autofi are made under a shipment contract. Title and risk of loss for such products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
9. Force Majeure
Autofi shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in delivery due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor strikes, governmental actions, or carrier delays.
