• All orders are subject to acceptance by Autofi. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of:

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping fees unless otherwise stated.
• Autofi reserves the right to adjust pricing without prior notice.
• Payments must be made in full before an order is shipped.

• Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

• Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

• Refunds will be issued only after proper inspection and in accordance with our policies.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in dispute.
