Autofi Payment Policy

This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to payments made for purchases on the Autofi website. By placing an order, you agree to comply with the terms below.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
  • Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay (where applicable)
  • PayPal: Available at checkout

All payments are processed securely using encrypted technology via our third-party payment processors.

2. Payment Processing

Payments are processed at the time of order placement. Orders will not be shipped or fulfilled until full payment has been received and cleared. If a transaction is declined or flagged for fraud review, Autofi reserves the right to cancel the order without notice.

3. Sales Tax

Autofi is required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to certain jurisdictions, in accordance with applicable local and state tax laws. Sales tax will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.

4. Currency

All prices and payments are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). If you are purchasing from outside the U.S., your bank or card issuer may apply a currency conversion rate and/or foreign transaction fee. Autofi is not responsible for such charges.

5. Billing Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information for all purchases made on our website. Providing false or fraudulent billing information may result in order cancellation or suspension of your account.

6. Payment Security

We use industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption and comply with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) to ensure your payment information is protected. Autofi does not store full credit card details on our servers.

7. Failed or Declined Transactions

If your payment is declined:

  • You will be notified at checkout
  • No order will be placed or shipped
  • You may retry the transaction with an alternate payment method

If multiple failed attempts are detected, Autofi may temporarily restrict further transactions for your account as a security measure.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute:

  • Autofi reserves the right to suspend or close your account
  • We may deny future services or sales until the dispute is resolved
  • Unauthorized chargebacks may be pursued legally or through a collection process

9. Promotional Pricing & Discounts

  • Discounts and promotions are subject to specific terms and expiration dates
  • Only one promotional code may be used per order, unless otherwise stated
  • Autofi reserves the right to cancel orders where unauthorized or expired promo codes are used
